"Just wanted to shout out the a front desk staff named Andrew. What a top notch guy! He’s very friendly, courteous, professional and hospitable. Qualities that’s so rare to find these day in hospitality. He is such an asset to the hotel and surely left a lasting impression. We had a one bedroom and loved the balcony and living room with the view of Bond University light at night. Great stay!"

"What an amazing stay we had. Great service, friendly staff and very keen to help. Room was clean and well laid out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and ghe breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a great stay, however, we found the pool to be disappointing. Poor location at the back of the property and it is a very shallow pool, with a depth of 1.2m. "

"It was close to bus station so a short trip away from Pac Fair or Surfers, and didnt have to pay the ridiculous nightly rates associated with the gold coast. The staff were friendly, the rooms, though small, are clean. Bed was comfortable and there are plenty of fitness type facilites close by."

"Great spot for families, everything is in walking distance (beach, shopping, dining, grocery). Would be great if the coffee shop located on level 1 was open. General wear & tear in the room & bathroom but was overall quite clean. The pool and slides were fun for the kids. "

"Great apartments but no blockout blinds & sunrise is really early！Close to beach & some great food however local roadworks for light rail made it really loud at night & glaring lights & a little unsafe with pedestrian access changed, About a 20on walk to Burleigh Heads. Staffed between business hours so a little tricky if you need anything outside of this. No beach towels provided $10 extra if needed, Very new & clean & comfortable otherwise. "
