"Amazing chalet in a perfect location! We loved our stay here. All the facilities were well maintained and all arrangements and instructions were clear. The chalet was also very clean and every detail of the stay was very well thought and organized. The customer service team was excellent and kind enough to call and follow-up to check in on how the checkin went or if we had any questions. Will definitely recommend this place !!"

"The room was cute but definitely overpriced. We visited the saloon restaurant for some drinks and sat there for at least 10 waiting to be helped and the bartender walked by us without acknowledgment. We were looking forward to the food and drinks but ended up going to the restaurant next door. Cool experience that everyone should at least try once."

"The location was perfect, the price great, service at the desk terrific, the room comfortable, clean. The only complaint, Room 124 has such a noisy ceiling fan in the bathroom, it hurt our ears! That needs to be fixed! If it wasn’t for that, I would have given you a perfect score."

Clean with a view

"Woman at front office was very nice and accommodating. Made suggestions on restaurants and things to do around the area. We stayed on second floor and room was simple and clean. Spectacular views too! Has K cup coffee maker and mini refrigerator. Shower worked fine. Pillows and bed (2 queens) were comfy. But……towels needs to be replaced ( they were worn out and stained), sink needs replacement and heater/AC was super loud. Great price for the area though so we’re not complaining but merely suggesting. We actually stayed another night because we took a drive to Omni Resort at Mt Washington. The lady at the front office gave us a very good price for another night. We would definitely go back. The place is clean and comfortable. "

"This place is absolutely AMAZING. Saw it a couple years ago from the outside and it was a dream of mine to stay there over the holiday season while they had all their decorations up. This year we finally went, and upon arrival was greeted by Jared who was so helpful and kind. Let us do early check-in, upgraded our room, and even called us when we got to the room to make sure it was to our liking. The pizza restaurant downstairs did NOT disappoint either. All in all I HIGHLY recommend this resort. Maybe just don’t use the jacuzzi tubs that are in the rooms, they’re hard to keep clean, and i found it a bit dirty, they have two hot tubs which are better anyways ! "
