"Staff were very responsive and accommodating. Hotel was very quiet and very clean - we had adjacent rooms with our teenaged kids which was a bonus our only complaint is we had a handicap accessible room ( this is the only room they had for an an adjacent rooms) and the bathroom flooded when taking a shower- but that will not stop us from staying there again!"

"We have stayed at Glen House a few times now and have loved every stay. The hotel is very clean and the decor is so fitting to the area. The restaurant/lounge has a ski lodge feel and the most GORGEOUS view out the back windows and doors. We have tried a few things from the restaurant and enjoyed them all. "The room was cute but definitely overpriced. We visited the saloon restaurant for some drinks and sat there for at least 10 waiting to be helped and the bartender walked by us without acknowledgment. We were looking forward to the food and drinks but ended up going to the restaurant next door. Cool experience that everyone should at least try once."

"Amazing stay at Grand Summit. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. After hitting the slopes for Sunday River's "not really opening day" on Halloween the hot tub and sauna were a radical way to rejuvenate. The cuisine at the on site restaurant "Camp" was superb. Highly recommend the cheesy short rib fries. "

We had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool, as it was important to us and our children to have a place to relax in the evenings. Our kids love swimming, and this was a key factor in our decision. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed at the time of booking. Had we known, we would have chosen a different hotel.
