"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"We spend a great time with my sister, food was delicious, staff were diligent, there weren't much activities early morning, but afternoon and night activities where fun. Great people l. There was a damage with water system but I think they handle it so good that it was not a concern for us. Really appreciate everyone service. Definitely would be back if possible "

"The property was spotless all employees very nice food was very good the room was very nice my butler was not alway available the phone i was givin to call him didnt work for me...im handicap and in a chair everything eas easy to get around on the resort and they allowed my husband and i to enter in waiting in lines...if u are handicap this is the place to go"

"Everything was excellent, property was beautiful. Staff was friendly. only problem was lady at guest relation desk(Sabrine Frazier} i ask her that I needed help in checkin on my flight and she said do it on your phone, she couldn't help me. I told her I couldnt do it on my phone having problem with WI-Fi, I went to rep at checkin desk and she got me on internet so I could do it with no problem. Did not like rep at Guess Relations she had bad attitude and she is there to help guests. But other...
