"The included breakfast was excellent, but it does get busy by 9 so we had to wait sometimes, or share a larger table. We made use of the free shuttle a couple of times, but it was also a very close walk to Times Square if you know about the "subway" underpass to get by the large roads bordering the hotel. We thought our adjoining room was very comfortable. The mattresses were on the harder side but we still got restful sleep. "

"Was a nice and central place to stay in Wan Chai. We walked to the waterfront and back to watch the New Year fireworks. Metro is very close and so are about 78 million places to eat. Coffee at the cafe next door is great. Staff are fantastic. The room was smaller than I expected, but you really only need to sleep there and floor 21 was very quiet with great blackout blinds. Very comfortable bed. Great size shower. Room was cleaned everyday. Recommend. "

"Get a suite, otherwise you will be stuck on the upper floors which is only served by one elevator, and very tiny rooms. I like my suite which has extra space and drawers and such. Place is clean, and I like the area is surrounded by eateries. It’s very close to MTR, plus the minibus to Causeway Bay is very convenient. It’s not in the tourist area, but it’s fine in terms of accessibility."
