"Beautiful and serene hotel about 25 min drive outside Chiang Mai city center. The pictures dont do the garden and outdoor lounge areas justice. This place is gorgeous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The only negative issue we had was very slow (25-35min) wait on absolutely anything from the kitchen, even a fried appetizer. "Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"Hospitality and respect for travellers. One thing that impresses me the most is that we left a tips for the cleaners in the room without mentioning anything. And the money remained there when we came back to the room. It turns out that the staff is so conscientious about travellers’ property that they didn’t even dare to take the tips. We then needed to leave the tips together with a thank you note. Really impressive!"

"A pretty modern hotel with a great breakfast buffet full of great variety - Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, and American, and it changes everyday for at least half of it. Only thing is that the bathroom is glass, so not much privacy. Our bathroom door also didn't close all the way. It's in a good area though."
