"Fantastic location, about 10 mins walk to Namba station which is a hub to transfer to any of Osaka's main subway lines including the Nankai that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport. Staff is very responsive and helpful! Also, be sure to take advantage of their freeluggage storage (9am-5pm) at their main Sakimoto building right across Namba station. Thanks for a great stay!"

All the staff have always been very helpful and polite. The hotel is right next door to the Kitahama Metro station and there is a taxi stand right in front. I hope to come back!"
