"As we checked in the receptionist asked us to pay €31 to cover any damage cost. He then stated this is the hotel policy and we would be refunded upon check in out of the hotel. As we checked out the hotel, the owner only refunded us back €20. When questioned the hotel owner he stated the €11 was for the local tax.
