Perfect!
This place was the best choice i could have made. It was a little bit of a distance walk tucked between Nidri and Nikiana in either direction. I would recommend a rental car or a motorbike but the view and how quiet it is nothing comes close. Also the staff was so friendly and helpful! Im in awe! 5 stars

Nice hotel, amazing views the jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely. It is on a steep hill with 2 entrances 1 which is good and the other is tricky, go for the short steep one. To make it better the breakfast buffet should use fresh local bakery products. Also some of the staff were quite rude and not friendly, we were accused of putting some soap into the jacuzzi even though we had literally just checked in, which makes you wonder if it is cleaned before the next guests arrive. Overall we enjoyed our the room and the views, not so much breakfast.

Location wise is one of the best, lots of shops and places to go about. Quiet as well, especially if you want to relax. To the bad things now…arrived for my check-in around 15:00pm, no staff at the reception so had to wait 5 mins. All good. Informed that the island has water problems so we needed to be cautious of not letting the water running etc. again, all understandable so far. The room was the main issue, and most specifically the A/C not working properly. With a pregnant wife and a 1.5 year old child that was important for us. Reception said he will call the mechanic and usually comes fast to fix it, so we went to the pool and got sth to eat and came back around 19:00pm. A/C still not fixed. But we were tired so my wife went to sleep. After 10mins they knock on our door with the mechanic to fix it, and obviously I refused as we needed the rest. That’s why we booked this hotel, TO REST. We had a terrible night overall, had to ask for a fan around 12am, but alas, the day passed. Next day same thing happened, mechanic came but we were sleeping. I asked for a room, moved all things when the sun was up and the heat was unbearable to spend a normal night. No refund or some kind of convenience to compensate for a rough night apart from “don’t rush to leave early on check-out” - the problem would have been solved the same day if we were given a different room, but never happened. I urge management/ownership to start taking action as I see a lot comments like this…

The pool is divine and the view is amazing. The staff were great and put their heart and soul in making sure we were happy. Good value for money. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinners had a good variety.

Great property with very nice view but a bit far from Nidri. It’s 10€ one way by taxi and once in the city there are plenty of restaurants. The breakfast is very tasty but would be nice to have a more variety of foods. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff who are eager to help. It’s not a luxury hotel, you must be aware of your water consumption and the slightly old facilities.

Very nice! I recommend
Staff is very friendly and the place is very nice!! The room is very spacious and bathroom is quite nice (especially for the other bathrooms I've encountered). The pool is gorgeous but shockingly crowded (a lot of people sit they're ALL DAY and claim pool chairs in the morning). Location is pretty convenient- 5 minute drive into town but up/down a VERY steep hill (taxis are on a flat rate of $10). Food is pretty good but the drinks at the pool bar are disgusting. I recommend taking a day- cruise to take you to all the best beaches in Lefkada.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff
We booked in for two nights and mistakenly arrived a day early, no problem, we were upgraded to a fabulous room with two balconies and sea view. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly, as the hotel was so quiet the buffet breakfast wasn't available, but everything was cooked fresh to order, perfect. We loved it so much we stayed four nights instead of two, and would love to stay again.

We stayed in the 2-floor Signature suite, which has spectacular views (only from the 2nd floor). When we checked in — AC was not working on the top floor so they switched us to another suite (which had burnt out lights that needed to be replaced). The stairs were open to the outside and covered in bird poop, which was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Every time we used the faucet or toilet, the pipes would make horrible noises. The hot water never worked after the 2nd day and whenever we went to the front desk in the morning, no one was there. The breakfast is OK and service at breakfast is fine; although it did make my daughter nauseous. Housekeeping was minimal —we had wine glasses and dishes we took to our room that were never cleaned; and Beds never made. Overall — the views make this hotel have a lot of potential, but it needs some serious upkeep and better housekeeping

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the time we spent here. The staff is very helpful and nice. Getting to Nidri is also easy. Either you take the bus or you take a cab (for 10 EUR per way). You will also have a nice pool to relax and a beautiful view at breakfast over the bay. Enjoy!

They sell apartment with no sea view as sea cuew
How can someone insist that a room has sea view when you can't see the sea? And they sell the room as sea view room and refuse to recognize their fault.

Property and views were beautiful. Staff was wonderful! Only downside is it’s on the opposite island of all the “popular” beaches if that’s what you want. Otherwise, there are plenty of beautiful beaches all over the island. Recommend renting a car to get around.
