Location is nice if you don't mind having some beach bars nearby. Except the construction works around (no noise at night though).
Wasn't satisfied by how I was met there. I was asked to stay one night at the room of lower class that I booked and that was very much disappointing though next day I moved to probably the best room of the hotel. Maids were friendly and nice.
What's important: you have to always watch out for thieves on the beach and especially crossing Tran Phu street. They cut and steal handbags in less than a second. Better to keep your money in your pockets.
