"I am not one to leave a review but gosh, the staff (Mr Thomas especially) at O’Gallery really took care of me during my stay. From the welcome drink to their sending me off to my next leg of the trip, I felt really spoiled by the staff there. They remembered my name after only interacting with me once and welcomed me back every time I retuned to the hotel. I had to extend my stay by another night due to the typhoon and they accommodated my request with no issue. The room is small but seems to be on par with the other hotels in the area. However, the hotel looks new and very well taken care of. Breakfast was great and had a lot of varieties. Location of the hotel was within walking distance to all the main touristy sites in the Old Quarter. Thank you, O’Gallery Premier! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"The room quality was great in overall, well air conditioned and bed was comfy. The breakfast was also satisfying with variety of dishes. Especially, the reception staff 'Anna' was really kind, showed the best hospitality and had been always spontaneous in giving help. On the day of checking out he kindly arranged car to go to airport on time and also helped to arrange all tours to Halong bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa, all were amazing."

"I booked two nights at La Nueva boutique hotel and i arrived right before the Typhoon started and jimmy Qhin and the entire staffs i could not remember their names at the hotel made me feel like a second family and right at home. My room was spacious and the bathroom was big enough for two people. I had a two hour massage it was great. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and many options to choose from. They gave all their guests the loyalty service. I like that the breakfast area is at the top floor. The hotel is beautiful, charming, and clean. I would definitely come back again. Book this hotel and you would not be disappointed. "

"An absolutely stunning hotel, located in the heart of the old quarter. You can't see the hotel from the street, so it's a lovely surprise to walk through an archway and into such a spectacular and peaceful hotel. Being tucked away also means that you are less affected by traffic noise than most hotels in the Old Quarter. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and spas within walking distance, and Phung Hung Train St is a 5-10 minute walk away. The Phung Hung St murals are also nearby and worth looking at. Every aspect of the hotel was beautifully decorated, and our room (junior suite) was extremely well presented and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool was a delight and there are comfortable sun loungers; there is also an indoor jacuzzi which is available free of charge (down the stairs from the pool). The breakfast buffet was excellent with loads of Western and Asian choices, and some fabulous fresh juices and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolat. My only minor grumbles would be that the spa and rooftop bar prices are significantly higher than local prices. E.g. 100,000 VND for a can of local beer, compared to 25-30,000 in nearby bars and restaurants. A fabulous hotel - would definitely stay here again."
