"This is a grand building that has a wonderful history. It is a little tired in places, but is undergoing refurbishments. The staff were all so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I would most definitely recommend staying in the Florence Suite as it oozed pure decadence with its own balcony and roll top bath with panoramic views of the estuary of the River Fal.
