"I was welcomed by name at the door, and made to feel welcome from the start. I was asked what time i wanted breakfast, and was advised which door i could use to go in and out. I asked about smoking area and was advised. Later they had put a chair and ashtray out for The house was in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning grounds, with no traffic noises. Would highly recommended for a quiet break."

"This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. Great stay, but bring your ear plus if you want to pretend you are not staying near the airport."

"A very different experience from staying in most other hotels and guest houses. This is more akin to a 'home stay' where you are truly a family guest. For us we instantly felt the difference in a very positive way- as we settled in we instantly felt extremely relaxed. The rooms have lovely views of the surrounding countryside and you can watch the clouds pass by in the sky while laying back in the bath if you choose. Quite a remote location - but the local walk was lovely. The decor was varied...

"The whole experience was smooth sailing and lovely- especially what we needed after a holiday. My partner and I arrived at about 12pm after our holiday and was greeted by Mark who checked us in. His customer service was brilliant and he put a smile on our faces! The room was lovely and clean and was very impressed with the layout, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good too. The only downside was that we in a room underneath the reception/diner room so it was a bit noisy when we tried to sleep but I understand it’s a bit of an impossible situation. Thank you!!"
