"The hotel is in great condition but not updated. The bed was comfortable, which was most important to us and we weren't bothered by noise in the hallway or neighbours, allowing us to have a great sleep. We were welcomed and helped by the receptionist who was very kind and accommodating. She really set a great tone to our overall stay. We would stay here again."

"The entryway from Westinghouse Road needs to be lit up. The front desk was awesome and very accommodating to some changes we asked for. (9:00pm). The breakfast needs to be ramped up just a little bit more. Maybe some scrambled eggs, bacon possibly some potato dish."

"The attendant at check in was very cooperative. I forgot to grab his name but he was from Trinidad and was a really nice guy. Even provided us with breakfast although he mentioned that breakfast is only from Friday to Sunday but since booking on expedia mentioned there is breakfast he managed some to-go breakfast bag for us which had some mini donuts, granola/energy bar, SunnyD juice and another juice pack. "The property was secluded but only minutes from Ithaca and all we planned to do. Bed was very comfortable and the innkeeper was so nice and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay. We will be back when in the area."

"Liked: Location - Just off I-86 & easy to find. MAJOR shopping area within 1 mile so found Dinner, stuff we needed, Breakfast within minutes of Relax Inn. Even with I-86 just behind the Inn we didn't hear it unless outdoors. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were excellent. Not So Good: Room was somewhat worn. "Lauren was an absolute legend. Knowing she may not have been onsite when we got there she called me in the. To let me know. Left the key for me and came to see us afterwards. The room was great. Clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows are the best I have had the pleasure of sleeping in. Lots of hot water, although the water pressure is a little.on the low side but none the less great stay all around. Will certainly stay there again if passing through. "
