Nice and clean however the area around the holiday inn is derelict A lot of shops shut down Good restaurants within a 20 minute walk though Bit sad about Newcastle and the state it’s in around this area 4 pubs within a 5 minute walk are closed and in a derelict state

The room was spacious with plenty of shelving to arrange my 3 days of belongings. Great bathroom, large shower, modern design, practical too. Also wonderful to get included charging in the car park. Parking cost $20 per night but safe & undercover so very convenient. Staff helpful & friendly. Breakfast included.

The moment you walked into thenproperty you were greeted with a lovely warm welcome. Checking in was so easy and they explained everything so well. The room was very clean and well appointed. Had all toiletries and you can also get extra from reception. Breakfast was basic but had both hot and cold food. Certainly enough to start your day. We would definitely stay there again.
