"Nice hotel, friendly staff, small room (sold as such) but had everything I needed, comfortable bed…but could’ve done with air con!"

"We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln but wanted to give this one ago, we got upgraded, without realising complete surprise and never given before, so Thankyou lovely touches in the room (can’t believe that someone would steal the coat hooks though which were replaced) complementary soft drinks,crisps n choc in chiller in room tea n coffee too. Bathroom lovely n clean again with gels, shampoo n handwash, everything u need. The lounge area and bar areas all comfortable n modern there was even treats for your dog as you enter reception plus iced water orange juice even ice creams for us adults too.We couldn’t fault it and will be back Thankyou to the hard working reception team for smiling and being welcoming,and the housekeeping team making sure we have a clesn comfortable environment. Well Done"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was great. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The breakfast buffet was also very good and had many options for food / beverages. The location was very close to the train station, and about a 15 minute walk from city centre. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared the plates quickly and refreshed all the food in good time. Probably the best service I've seen at breakfast. Only other small gripe was the child's pool times, extremely restricted, so please check this if your going with children and have a busy schedule. We would certainly return to the hotel."

"As expected, clean, great service, quiet. Compliments to the breakfast staff. With a family member who cannot eat Gluten or dairy, and usually stays away from buffet and hotel breakfasts, we were pleased to find a separate area for gluten free cereal and toast, with a dedicated toaster. Variety or dairy free milk, and the chef serving the cooked breakfast was able to immediately and knowledgeably point out the gluten free options. Reassuring and made for a worry free morning."

"The receptionists at the hotel made us feel very welcome, even as we entered the premises. This was followed by being allocated a beautiful room and great breakfast and service from the staff. Quite frankly the service was faultless and i look forward to using the Park Plaza again."
