Great location. There’s basically no lobby. Upon arrival the desk staff ignored us and we waited 30 minutes. The first key they gave us for the room didn’t work at all. The second key finally worked but looked like the lock on the door was running out of battery. I paid for the Queen bed room. The bed in the room was a full. There was no fridge, the tv didn’t work, no hand soap, no outlets by the bed. The wall-unit AC leaked, woke up and stepped in a puddle of water, shoes, socks, other belongings soaked. Had to use all of the towels in the bathroom to clean it up. And they charge us a facilities fee? For what? It seems like they just very poorly remodeled, at least we weren’t in the basement. The staff at check out was much nicer and accommodating than the staff who checked us in, and agreed to refund the facilities fee. His kindness did help so I’m thankful for that. I do take responsibility for not doing more research, if the ‘reviews’ are good. They are probably fake. Would recommend paying a little more for a chain hotel at least.
