Room was clean and pleasant and location was excellent. For me, as i am a very light sleeper, the air conditioner that would start up every hour or so, combined with a second floor room near the hotels generators made for poor sleep.

Great unit, updated kitchen, perfect location, friendly desk attendant. My family of four stayed for a week and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

There is not a front desk to check in. You have to make sure you look at your email which will give you an access code to open your room door. There is friendly staff around most of the time to help. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

A mini home away from home
This was the perfect place to stay, it was central to everywhere and the bus/subway was a short walk. There are heaps of places to eat close by and the door staff were lovey and always helpful. It didn’t really mention it on the site but there is a laundry there that you can use, you just need to have your own detergent. I also loved that we had a kitchenette during our stay

Nothing is unique about this hotel other than lack of human touch. The hotel's location is one of the best. However, for the value of money, this is the most terrible hotel that I have ever stepped a foot. the aircon is not functioning, the TV is unnecessarily complicated, and above all horrible check-in and check-out processes? They may think that they are anticipating future hotels but nothing seems to be functioning. It is a rip off to say the least.

We could not get in our room multiple times with the code, had to get the ley from the desk. I couldn't get a hold of a Sonder employee over the phone. The building was really dark and run down

良い点 場所が便利で移動しやすい。 受付が常にいるのでセキュリティ的に安心感がある。 キッチンがあるのが一番よかった。 悪い点 アーリーチェックインを申し込んだが掃除ができていなかった。 キッチンの電気がつかないため暗い中で料理せざるを得なかった。 タオルが少なすぎたので、追加を依頼したがそれも少なかった。 トイレットペーパーが足りず、ストレージなもなかった。
