I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Our room blinds were broken our whole stay even though we contacted staff about it since entering the room. Also room was not cleaned enough. At the end of my trip I noticed a whole bunch of fees that don’t even have a description and still haven’t gotten my money they held. The only good thing was the area.

You are super close to Time Square. The only thing I did not like, there is a 30 dollars service fee they charge everyday and that’s not including tips. The service tips include 2 bottle of water and some wafer biscuits and a 10 dollars credit for the bar and some other stuff I wish they gave us the option to opt out because I didn’t needed that. I rather give that money as tips to the staff.

Perfect Location. The $10 a day to buy coffee in the alderman was ideal to start the day. The only thing, the bedrooms are small, but everything was in perfect condition and clean.

Such a great option to stay at Manhattan. We enjoyed a lot. Rooms are quite small, pretty functional for 3 pax though.

The unit that heated the room was extremely extremely loud. Furthermore two nights in a row they were false fire alarms. And besides the handle falling off of the lavatory sink, everything was fine.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to Times Square was absolutely excellent! The only negatives are that it was extremely small. Bathroom and bedroom are in one room with just the smallest of sliding doors to separate them and very limited counter space. Also, we had a fire alarm at 1am. Luckily it was a false alarm but getting out of bed and going down the stairs was pretty awful.. :-(  But if you are looking for a clean and comfortable room in the heart of everything, I definitely recommend it.
