Never Been to NY... had 2 nights there and wanted to relocate to Manhattan. Management denied $240 refund, even after asking to "Have NY Spirit" and allow me to relocate to Manhattan. Flew all way from Denver. Stuck in their Hotel and neighborhood, which has nothing neat to do and nowhere to go! I missed out on experiencing Manhattan because of their GREED! "easily could have given a refund so I could truly experience the real NYC! Complete ANGER!!!
