We stayed here for 3 nights in 10/2024. The property is very well situated and accessible to all things NYC including train and subway stations. Unfortunately, during our stay there was an issue with a gas line and we had no hot water for 2 out of our 3 night stay. This was an inconvenience for sure since bathing with extremely cold water is not up to everyone’s choice or liking. The property is not to fault for this as it was something out of their control. Overall, great stay, spacious room and great location. We will return.

Overall the stay was good. Started off rocky with them giving me the key to an occupied room. Once they corrected that, the room I was given didn’t have air conditioning functioning but once the HVAC crew came and fixed it, it was good. For some reason the following morning I had the same issue where the AC stopped working but it wasn’t worth calling the front desk because I needed to check out, but it made the morning a little annoying.
