My daughter's room didn't have hot water in the shower but did have warm water in the sink. They moved her to a new room which didn't have hot water in the shower or even warm water in the sink. It's an older property, and this may signal a need to make changes.

Across the street from LaGuardia airport. Very convenient to gas up the rental car and easy drive to return it. I would recommend when flying back from LaGuardia.

Everything was great. Employees were nice. Very informative. Shuttle to airport was free. They allowed me to extend my check out. I had a late flight. That was very helpful and grateful. They held my luggage after checkout therefore i was able to do last minute sightseeing.

Problems with the recently upgraded newly installed TVs in the guest rooms only permit streaming type services. simple local news and other channels not reachable. Services requesting user login and monthly charges to hotel guess. staff could not fix.

We checked in at 1:00 am. The front desk person acted as though we were an inconvenience to him. No microwave in the room so the soup we purchased downstairs had to be heated downstairs then carried up to our room.
