I didnt like the smell. Smelled like mildew. The toliet was leaking water all over the restroom floor rm (118). Moved to seco d room (120) same issue.Plus when i tried to call front desk the phone in room 120 wasnt working.I needed a 1 hour late check out was not accepted just a horrible experience.

We got snowed in at this motel for the Bayou Blizzard in New Orleans 2025. The staff has been excellent about accommodating us for days and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe, warm and housed !

The place is what’s to be expected for a 60-75 dollar a night stay. Not a terrible neighborhood. The main issue is simply the property has probably been in this location for a LONG time. I think it needs a facelift. The place had an odor of stale cigarettes and the vacuum that the housekeeper was using in the hallways had an ancient dirty smell coming from it that stunk up the entire 2nd floor. Old and outdated. Just thankful that my room seemed clean.

Very professional, hardworking owners and staff. Quiet, safe . There are locks on all doors and gated parking . Walmart is across the street along with several restaurants and stores nearby. 1/2 mile to I-10West. My service dog stays free of charge . Pets charge a deposit . Overall we have never had any issues and the place is always affordable and clean.
