Very rude and unprofessional staff, and pretty sure I witnessed a few drugs deals happening in the court yard area by the pool. Area is very sketchy and crackheads make noise all night outside the hotel! Avoid at all cost! Room sheets were damped due to the roof leaking water and also the ac leaked water onto the bed as well! Had to switch rooms! Trash everywhere! Old rooms boarded up glass windows busted! Old hotel furniture piled up in different parts of the hotel! Just awful place

This properly is long past due for “demolition” We had 2 centipedes that were crushed on the ceiling and left there. The appearance of the doors were dreadful and you could see the light from the appearance underneath where the wood has been “hacked” and or “deteriorated. Speaking of lighting there is NO LIGHTING in the vanity area other than a dim led around the mirror. The faucet at the sink was “completely loose.” The carpet was soooo filthy and soiled we placed our shoes on the night stands for ease of reach to place on our feet to ensure they didn’t touch the floor. The bed sits on a “metal platform” that made the sound of a drum when your feet hit it when going to bed. Speaking of the bed, we found a cover in our car to lay on top and we slept in our cloths and left the bathroom light on to deter the possibility of bugs creeping in. Unfortunately it was a last minute decision to come for a overnight stay for an event we attended on Sunday and most hotels were booked to capacity otherwise we would have left. In summary we want to FORGET WE EVER STAYED THERE… I WILL REPEAT… this property is long overdue for demolition.

If you’re just looking for a decent place to stay in New Orleans, it’s great. Very basic. NOT bougie at all. The hotel was clean, but there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The staff is friendly. The surrounding neighborhood was gritty but they have a fenced in parking lot for customers and you swipe your room key to open the gate so I felt pretty safe. Parking lot is connected to the hotel. It’s dated so it gives off the old New Orleans charm. Cameras are everywhere. There’s a hooka bar across the street that was nice. I didn’t go to NOLA to stay in the room so it worked for me.

Absolutely disgusting, the smell is putrid in the room, like mold and wet dog mixed. The room would never look clean even if it was cleaned! You can hear every conversation in the hallway through your room door, every vehicle and outside noise through the walls/ closed window, horrible night sleep. I slept fully clothed, didn’t even want to chance skin on bed. The hotel also does NOT refund nights, so don’t chance booking this place thinking you will have another option. I have been to every state, every Canadian province and six other countries, from hostels, motels, B&Bs and hotels…. This is the worse, hands down!

Hotel was what I needed. Someplace to sleep and shower while in town. Bed was comfortable, ac worked, gated parking lot. Bus stop right around the corner to get to French Quarter and Superdome. Food and gas stations all around. Basic room. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker in room but didn't spend a lot of time in the room. No hot water first two nights but was fixed by night three. Would stay again.

This is a nice place to stay for a weekend visit. it's walking distance from restaurants. The only issue was that things are being upgraded so everything wasn't at its best potential but I would definitely stay again because I do see the potential in the property!

It has a cozy french quarter feel. The pool was fantastic. Being at the pool at night felt magical! Everyone was very nice. The hotel room was clean. The hotel itself is weathered but dont let that deter you.
