Staff was courteous and nice. Room could have been cleaner. Bathroom was cleaned but stains and dust were on the headboard, desk, desk chair, wall, and comforter. Fridge and/or microwave in room would have been useful.

Our room was very clean, the staff was over the top helpful! We had an unexpected circumstance regarding my husband's wheelchair. The concierge was very accommodating, extremely helpful to help me find an alternative- this was during Mardi Gras, which complicated the process
