"I booked a room for 3769.92 INR but on checking in was charged 5152 INR. I realized I had been overcharged when I was checking out. They told me to take it up with Expedia, so I did. Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. "Prakash Kutir B&B is a gem of a property situated in a safe, clean and quiet area in Delhi, far, far away from the bustling crowds - yet close to shops and restaurants and the metro. The rooms are large and spacious and very well decorated, and there is a small kitchen on each level to make tea and coffee etc. The hosts are just lovely and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous - freshly cooked every day."

"The owner upgraded my room to a balcony suite. Gorgeous room and huge for a solo. Jenna our host just a ray of joy. Full of information and a nurturing heart. She drawn a map for my walk and I walked from the house to the rose garden thru the forest to deer park thru the village and ended up in hauzkas fort by the lake. So appreciated your help Jenna!! "I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"Won't recommend stay for family specially with kids. Not really a hotel, a managed guest house which seems like being run in a home/residential area. Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport."

"No WiFi, but rude staff. They charge for one bottle of water, and that too 100% more than the market rate. It is best not to rely on Hotels.com ; you should check out hotels before putting them up. Till then I would not give you a zero but a minus."
