"It is a lovely hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. It has a mix of tradition with modern finishes. There is a lot of attention to detail in the design, furnishing, and amenities. Service was also great. When I had an issue with the shower, they made sure to help me out quickly. The hotel also has an excellent location. I highly recommend it."

"Charming boutique hotel with a bicycle theme. Rooms are small but well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal if you arrive in Strasbourg by train yet still only a ten minute walk into the old town. Busses and streetcars are also close nearby for further travel. The 20 Euro breakfast is not a bad value with good variety not limited to croissants and coffee. I would stay again."

"We liked almost everything about Hôtel Les Haras: the facilities are gorgeous, the staff very friendly, the accommodation reasonably good, but the air conditioning/heating in the rooms needs improvement. "Highly recommend! Our room was lovely, and spacious. Very well decorated. The staff wonderful. Every night they vame by offering a nice selection of teas, asked if you needed any more towels. Truly great service. The location was fanaticw, waking distance to lots of shops and great restaurants. Plenty to choose from fir whatever your taste. "Hotel Beaucour is the perfect location if you are driving to Strasbourg. It is just outside of the city center so parking garages are easier to find. It’s truly only a 5-10 min walk to get to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was cute and welcoming. "

"Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice amenities and quiet. Great location; close to main train station, a tram stop, and the walkable old city with plenty of food and drink. "For 3 stars it was a nice boutique hotel. My only comment was the room, it was spacious and clean however you can hear water running through the plumbing system anytime any room is using the bathroom. This didn’t matter during the day, but at night it can get annoying. "

"Great location. Excellent breakfast. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations. We enjoyed our stay. Afterwards, we discovered a charge on our credit card for our stay which shouldn’t have appeared since we paid when booking the hotel. Bookkeeping staff responded to my email and removed the charge. Expedia was no help in clearing this matter up. "

"We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub."

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. Not sure I would stay here again. "
