"I loved staying here! The hotel is in the city but situated in a quiet area. The beautiful old building features modernized facilities that maintain the charm of a bygone era through aesthetically pleasing decor. The air conditioning works well, as does the hot water system. Rooms are serviced daily, and the staff is professional and unobtrusive. The only downside is the limited free parking near the building on weekdays; however, there is free parking available not too far away"

"Stayed here quite a few times due to convenient location but backed up by friendly service. Our most recent visit, we were greeted by all staff - including cleaners as we exited the escalators. Ordered extra hash browns as part of our included breakfast and were not charged for them at bill finalisation. That was not necessary but appreciated!"

"My kid enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool. The room itself was ok, but the aircon a bit noisy. The breakfast bar has a variety of options which is good. However we didn’t quite enjoy the food. We tried Luna 10 bar, unfortunately didn’t like the cocktail the bartender suggested and made. Overall, it’s a good hotel for family to stay and have relaxed time."

"Good property in a great location. Staff were friendly. Room was big and very clean. Great bed, good shower and excellent kitchen. Only downside was being on a lower floor you could all the revellers outside. Would stay again but would ask for a higher floor. "
