"The hotel is situated on a quiet street near a police station. It was very clean, every detail well thought out, and our room was huge - surprising for a European hotel. The service at the Unitas hotel was excellent and better than many hotels we've stayed at in the states! We were offered a drink upon our arrival. It is centrally located and an easy walk to dining, pharmacies, and "attractions." The front desk staff on every shift went over and above to be friendly and helpful. The Vietnamese gentleman and his partner were so kind to stop what they were doing to help me with their business center computer. They also set up tours for my friend and I and gave us tips about the city. We were even given a tour of Vaclav Havel's jail cell below by another front desk staff member who was passionate about her country's history. It was a pleasant surprise to discover we were staying at a historic landmark! We couldn't have picked a better hotel and will only stay at the Unitas for return visits. "

"Hotel William is a beautiful hotel with the feel of a classical boutique hotel. Stained glass and Victorian painted walls especially in the airy dining room gives it a charming look. The room was tiny— but functional, very clean with a nice multicolored tiled bathroom. The staff were super nice and helpful— highlight of the stay! Roman and Pavel and the lady in the dining room were very kind. The location could not be more perfect."
