This was our most expensive stay in our 1 month trip in Bali, and unfortunately the most disappointing! Both myself and my parents who were staying in a different room had poor experiences with our stay. To start, the wrong address is listed on Expedia. It brought us to their other location, and when i told the front desk she did not seem to care. The rooms need major maintenance. The shower waterfall does not work in both of the rooms so you have to use the handheld shower head. The sliding doors to the bungalows need grease on them as they are extremely hard to open. The water situation is not fair at all. They provide you with 1 bottle of water per room and if you use it all between brushing teeth, drinking water and the kettle, then they charge you. The wifi kept turning off and on every 5 minutes and rarely worked properly. The good and overpriced.I cant have dairy so I requested almond milk as I had previously, but they said their supplier ran out and they had no other dairy free options available. They were also out of all dairy free plant based ice creams that are on their menu. The neighbourhood is noisy, dogs and roosters screamed all night so I could not sleep. My parents AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night so they had to move rooms at 1230am by the security guard as there was no other staff on site. So he had a terrible sleep as well. The lock on the door is pointless and people can still get in with the bungee cord wrapped around multiple times.
