"Stunning renovations. Very stylish and comfortable rooms. I collect antique typewriters, and there was a beautiful poster of a bright red antique typewriter in the bathroom. A vintage telephone was on a night table beside the king sized bed. The room was very comfortable and quiet."

"The room was amazing room 122.Comfy bed a little bit high off the floor though.Room was lovely and Warm,toilet was nice with toiletries the shower old but good power.Tv not working but lots of lovely mirrors lamp on bedside and hairdryer too.No Kettle with teas/coffees and biscuits and No bin. The Person on Reception Luc Didnt tell us It was a Maze to get to Our room and A Block and B Block the Signs very Misleading and Up and Downstairs."

"Fantastic stay and was made to feel very welcome! The hotel looked stunning with all of the Christmas decorations and the staff were super lovely, kind and helpful. The ambiance at the hotel is very relaxing and would thoroughly recommend this as a hotel to stay in if you are visiting Liverpool. My only slight critique would be that the grout on the lower tiles in the shower were a bit dirty and discoloured which for a hotel of this standard I would have expected the shower to be completely clean but it wouldn’t prevent me staying at the hotel again as everything else was great. "
