"While the property is well maintained and comfortable, it lacks permanent hospitality staff and more breakfast choices for the price. Amenity instructions were not as complete for those of us not familiar with their Sky TV controls. "The people at the hotel are amazingly kind and helpful. From Salvador to Carmen, they helped us with luggage, finding restaurants, and more. The rooms fine although I don't recommend the ones without windows. The ones in front with a view of the street are lovely and light. The bathrooms are fine and the beds very comfortable. "This chic botique hotel in downtown Queretaro is great. It's on the edge of the downtown neighborhood. It's a great option if you need a nice place to stay for a quick trip. "This is a beautiful place to stay in a fine location. The staff are courteous and efficient. Breakfast (à la carte) is excellent. The overall design is gorgeous - especially the indoor/outdoor flow. However, in the rooms, the design tends to favor style over convenience. For example, there are no closets or drawers, and no soap/shampoo shelf in the shower. There are, however, sufficient shelves and hangers so it is entirely possible to unpack. "
