Was close to the airport, but didnt get very good customer service before we arrived. Tried to explain our situation and we weren't heard at all as to why we were a bit late to check in(Wedding night). No customer service when we tried checking out also!

The one bedroom apartment was adequate, clean and daily house keeping provided. The wifi connection was intermittent so unable to video call or watch own netflix at times. Our room was located next to the laundry and we experienced more noise from this than from the airport next door. Minimal traffic noise, friendly & helpful staff. The curtains in the rooms were not black out curtains and there was a skylight in the living area where some beds were which let in light early in the mornings. Air con worked well and it was a mostly comfortable staff.

Nice and tidy rooms. Clean and comfortable. Close to the shops ect. Very handy to the golf course also. Only disappointment was available TV channels. No Sky

The studio room was spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Motel a little out of the main areas for restaurants and shops but easy if you have a car.

We loved being away from traffic noise and although a little alarmed to release the airport was close that was no bother either. Laundry facilities were good. Nelson is lovely.
