Close to Yarra river .. 50 metres ! Lovely cafes/ restaurant nearby on the waters edge . Trams just 100 meters and free city circle tram too. Lovely quiet location . Gym, lap pool and spa were nice . Great view .

No communication from the hotel at any point really, even check in. Pretty much that’s your room and there’s the wifi info. No satellite tv like advertised, just normal tv. No access to the pool. No information even as to where the pool was. Hair dryer didn’t work at all. The Bedroom tv remote, when changing the channels, turned the lounge room tv on several times, through a closed door. Great location. But would’ve stayed somewhere else had I known more.

I can’t rate this place high enough, absolutely amazing customer service, I had been out and came back at 2am and was unable to get into my room (my own fault) and the person on duty was there to help in minutes, place was incredible, so clean and stunning. It’s in a gorgeous spot 30 second walk to the promenade can’t wait to come back

Bedroom and bed extremely small; rooms cold as air conditioner would not turn on to heat; trying to get to book in was difficult and had to park well away from the actual reception area of the Sebel and then getting to the actual parking area had its issues and unfortunately the Docklands area has lot it's attraction as very sad to see the amount of restaurants closed

It was hidden away hard to find The building was dodgy AF Limited interactions with Staff made me feel like I was a second class citizen but they happily took my money and then charged me an extra $200 before I even got my room key that didn’t even work and when I tried to get assistance nobody wanted to help Homeless people have better conditions than the room it felt like I had to bathe in sanitizer just to stay in the room

Very handy to eateries and entertainment. Nice apartment containing everything we needed. The bedroom was tiny and we had to squeeze around the bed. The TV aerial was broken and even on repair, we still weren't able to watch all channels. Not a big deal, but still....
