"Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. Spent almost 200 euro on roaming the three days. Local contact said would do his best but no luck. Communication complicated too with local contact as network not working, payment was...

"In Far North Queensland I like Townsville best of all. It has full facilities and a nice open feel. The Oaks overlooking the River is perfect for a relaxing getaway. I couldn't fault it."

"This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge, with lovely views of the river, mountains and stadium. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Cowboys leagues club and stadium which was the purpose of our trip. There are options within walking distance for dining, takeaway and groceries. Check in and check out was very easy also. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Townsville. "

"Great views and unit met all of our needs. Would’ve given a 5, but wi-fi was very poor and only worked in main areas of apartment, and facility was very frugal on amenities like toilet paper, detergent, soap, tissues and towels. Purchased these items but didn’t want to leave when we left since they probably wouldn’t be left for next inhabitant. "

"The apartment was huge with plenty of storage space and living space. We loved being amongst the trees and a short walk to the cafe and public pool. Will definitely return."

"The staff were friendly and helpful But didn’t like we had to pay for parking couldn’t get any channels from 9 or 10 and a little disappointed that they didn’t have a king size bed "

"Thank you so much to the wonderful lady behind the counter tuesday night who happily changed our booking when i mistakenly picked a cabin with no ensuite which i blamed baby brain as im 31 weeks pregant and need a toilet in the room as several toilet runs easier in the cabin thank you much for your wonderful work "
