"Great hotel with an upscale boutique-y feel. It was quiet in the midst of busy Honolulu. The pool and pool bar are lovely. All staff went above and beyond at every encounter. The one thing that could make the hotel more elevated is if they had a coffee bar (morning) and bar (evening)."

"When you check in with a car, there is no place for you to park the rental to go to the lobby. Are you supposed to go to the parking lot, find a stall and then walk back to the lobby to check in. The sequence is a little confusing. The driver who drives the shuttle needs some customer service training. The last time we stayed and needed a shuttle to the airport he wanted everyone to wait 15 minutes while he played with his phone and there were 7 people waiting for a shuttle. We called an...

"Very nice supportive staff- clean hotel. . Beautiful pool and pool deck to hang out. Walking distance to beach and lots of great restaurants. Older hotel, but a great place to stay for the price! Easy safe parking with In-N-Out privileges for $28 a night. No adjoining balcony rooms – one balcony per floor. "

"The staff was friendly, excellent customer service, from the front desk to the bartenders, I felt the aloha spirit. The rooms were spacious, clean, I love that they have a microwave, fridge and freezer. I wish we were able to connect our Netflix on the tv, other than that, I would definitely recommend and go back.
