"I required a very late check-in and a very early check-out. The staff were fantastic in accommodating this and even put on an early (5am) breakfast for me! Although the room felt a little dated, I got a great night's sleep and have no complaints. "

"Spent 2 nights here the staff were very helpful and friendly The room was very comfortable with plenty of storage space and air conditioning very good as it was 30 degrees during our stay. The pool area was very good. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening and it was very good."

"Everything about this hotel was stellar. The room, gardens, restaurant, staff, and location were absolutely outstanding. I absolutely plan to return. Not a negative, but to be informative, I am 6’3”, and most historic structures were designed for much shorter people. That said, I only had to duck my head a couple of times. It will not impact in any way my decision to return. Couldn’t have been happier. "

"Lovely country pub, with easily accessible rooms with motel-style parking. Only negative with our room (7) was the rain shower with a silly design, no chance of a shower without getting your hair wet - not always ideal for ladies! But nice with a walk-in shower! The cooked breakfast was great."
