"The rooms and staff are wonderful! The service at the front desk was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. We were there for 3 nights and had a blast. We are a loud group and they even allowed us to sit by the pool and hangout even when it was closed for the season. Great time!! Highly recommend and will stay there again. Everywhere we went felt safe and lots of street lights. We were able to walk everywhere. "

"The property was located within walking distance to Broadway. We had a 2 bedroom Sky Deluxe apartment. When we selected the apartment it was to have 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom with an attached bath and one with a bath located next to the other bedroom. What we received was a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom attached and the other bedroom had a queen bed but the room was a lot smaller comparably and the bathroom was crossed the hall. "My overall stay was really good. I arrived earlier than check in time and was accommodated with an early check in. I appreciated that the hotel provided shuttle service to Broadway. The only complaints I have is that the TV would not connect to the internet for Netflix or other streaming channels and did not have a good channel selection. And the hot water did not work in the bathroom faucet but overall I would stay here again. "

It took us a minute to figure out parking, but that was partly my fault as I should have called before hand to see what needed to be done. They do charge $44 for parking, that is separate from the hotel costs. When you book your hotel, it does not include parking.
