"the property was clean and calm. Staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious & roomy, with a bathtub attached.the food was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool & it had a adjacent kids pool & hotel offered rubber boards/floaters to aid kids to swim. however, the property didn't had much space other than the lobby/pool to roam. Also a kids play area would have been a nice addition to hospitality. "

"I love staying at the Trident. The staff is fabulous, charming and kind. I overheated my hairdryer and had to ask for another one (totally my fault). The staff delivered right away and then put a huge vase of orchids in my room the next day to say sorry! Goodness. Beautiful place. I stay here every time."

"It was absolutely incredible!!! New and modern. Decent pool The staff were amazing and truly went above and beyond at all aspects including reception/check in and the dining area, and the room was very spacious and clean. Some names to mention - Vinay, Abhishek, Nikita, Imran and all the staff at breakfast including the man that makes dosas! Sorry can’t remember everyones names but they all made our stay the best! And even all played with our little grandson and kept him entertained. They even had a bouncy castle with Mickey and Minnie character dress ups - can’t fault a thing; would 100% recommend "

"The staff at the property is very helpful and does make sure you are comfortable. They will go above and beyond in service. Also, they have great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Notable is the morning breakfast when you are jet-lagged and scavenging for food in early morning (6:30am). This property is exceptional and I would definitely like to stay here next time for my visit. "
