This is a budget hotel and clean. I could see this being star hotel 20 years ago but right now it definitely needs renovation. Shuttle service is good but definitely gets full in the evening to the mall but taxi is not that expensive. I hope they start renovations soon

Narita Gateway Hotel
Make sure you include their breakfast buffet when booking your room. It's worth it! Only complaint was lack of any nearby walking distance restaurants/shops.
