"My husband, 7 year old daughter & I loved this hotel so much! The pool was large so there was lots of space to spread out. We loved that Local Eatery was located right inside the hotel property so we always had a place to sit down & grab a bite when we were hungry. There are also lots of quick grab & go places across the street, which was helpful when we didn't feel like eating at a restaurant. The room was so lovely! Very clean & the AC was quiet, which I always appreciate. The fridge was larger than a standard hotel mini fridge so I was able to stock it full of groceries. There's also a good size minibar sink & pantry so don't forget your basic kitchen supplies! Helps cut down on eating out. The staff are so friendly and they were always smiling & welcoming whenever we popped into the lobby to grab a drink! We can't wait to make this spot part of our yearly family trip to Penticton. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. Comfortable rooms, a private beach, an indoor pool/hot tub, gym facilities, multiple restaurants on site, room service, a small gift shop in the lobby, plenty of parking, very accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, etc and pet friendly! The price was also shockingly reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. "

"Amazing views, service and location. The service is impeccable on all 3 properties. The El Dorado Hotel to the Arms and the Manteo condos. We stayed 2 nights at the Arms, and moved to a 1 bedroom at the Manteo. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and amenities provided in the 2 bedroom condos. Parking to the kitchen it was a perfect place for our family for the week. The pools, to the workout room. We needed a emergency wheel chair for my mom and the resort was so accommodating and helpful in every way. All the restaurants El Dorado for breakfast over looking the water and the dock is perfection. Maestros Mediterranean is great for happy hour, and lunch. The water views with all the flowers. We jet skiied from the El Dorado dock and all the crew are kind, helpful and very professional. Thank you for making this family holiday perfect. "

"Location was great! We had the 2 bedroom lake front room and there more than enough space for a family of four. We had two parking stalls right infront of our door but we only needed one. The crosswalk to the lake and beach was just beyond our parking. Perfect for a family with small children at the beach who can quickly go back to rest and use the bathroom. The only downside is that you can hear noises upstairs. Footsteps, and when music is blaring, you can hear every word from the song."
