"This was a perfect place to stay in Naples. It's right off Spaccanapoli, which means its a super walkable area with a lot nearby. I found staying here is probably preferable to the Via Toledo area, which is much busier (though both are busy). "Wonderful seven day stay. Rooms are quiet and huge with great storage. All tourist sites are easily walkable and we always felt safe. Naples gets a bad, unwarranted rap, for being unsafe. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was marginal at best. Not enough varied choices but what they had was manageable. Best location which by itself makes this a top notch hotel. Would highly recommend. "

"The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. The bellhop and front door staff were scarce or non-existent. "
