"access terrible, 3 levels no lift, very difficult if you have age and mobility against you luggage etc. No offer of help at all. No wifi. Sofa filthy. Tap water unpalatable had to buy bottled water to make a cup of tea. View and bed good. This is the 21st century, overall disappointing."

"Great location. Clean with a friendly staff. Speedy checkin but we couldn’t get the AC to work. Nobody at the front desk to ask. Wasn’t a big deal except for opening the windows meant lots of traffic noice"
