"The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in."

"This is the perfect hotel for a quiet, romantic weekend. We stayed 2 nights (I’ve stayed once before and loved it) and it was perfect. If you want a quintessential “Napa” experience, this is it- the morning pastries, the bikes to use, the welcoming staff. We will be back for a third time. My favorite Napa hotel, when I’m not looking for a pool or spa experience- perfect for a winter weekend! "
