"This has become one of my favorite places to stay in Napa. It’s beautiful and the staff are phenomenal. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We also received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! I definitely recommend the Mansion Estate suites - the other rooms are just okay! "

"The Room was clean & nicer than I expected. The cleaning lady had compassion on us, but the main manager did not. My Husband just came from Surgery & could not sleep laying flat - it was pulling teeth to get extra pillows! (The pillows were small & not very good to begin with.)"

"The property was well kept, the restaurant staff extremely friendly as well as the cleaning staff. The front desk was also helpful and friendly. The only issue was when we tried to get a late check out due to a flight delay I booked 2 rooms and I am a “good member” I would be able to get a 2 hour extension, however our friends could not. Then, when we returned from breakfast and it was slightly past 12:00 our room had been locked and I had to get housekeeping to unlock our room."
