"We stayed at the Apartments Hakuba last minute when our original hotel proved to be extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The owners were quick to respond which made our last minute booking easy! "We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it.
