"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. "Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! "

Nice place but needs issues addressed

"I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird… Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. My back and ankles are torn up, covered in bites; I didn’t hear or see any mosquitoes, so I’m wondering if it was bed bugs?"

"This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants."

"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv. "
