"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. "The host set up a keyless code since arrived in Monday. Yulia the manager was great. She move the two rooms closer. The rooms are cleaned once a day. Onsite security is present and polite. There are two large malls on both sides of the apartment about 0.7 km. Across street is good grocery store. Right next door is McDonald's. The kyiv has rotating blackout the are posted in the elevator. The wifi and elevator work during the shutdowns. The fifth had kid area and nice relax. Yulia speaks English...

"Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"
