"Very close to main attractions in Napoli and good room. Nice receiving us.However this place is difficult to reach and definitively very uncomfortable access stair. Lift for luggage has a key and access to key not available when leaving. This is just a nice clean room in an excellent location, but does not qualify as a hotel, B&B and Hotels.com shall notify on their site that accesibility is through a very narrow and steep stairway. Does not qualify for a 10, at most an 8."

"These were clean and comfortable accommodations. It was fairly easy to find but in an area of Naples that wasn't our favorite. A bit off the beaten path and slightly dirty around the neighborhood. Was close enough to food and shopping to walk. Natasha was very nice but communication was difficult at times as there was a language barrier present. Overall a nice, clean space on the inside."

"A beautiful hotel with excellent service. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the extensive breakfast each morning in the grand hall. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and modern. Would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Napoli."
