"No key cards. Very inconvenient for us as we like to come and go often. No upgrades. Room wasnt what was pictured on the website. Overall it was a nice stay. Restaurants is overpriced. And the host lady is very loud and unprofessional. I like to eat in peace not having to listening to loud conversation between co workers. "

"We had a great stay! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The hotel is clean and the location is great. The rooms are very nice. It would be nice if the bar staff had consistent hours. The staff the weekend we were there closed early and did not encourage guests to hang out there. Definitely closing out of convenience, not lack of customers. "

"Room and hotel were well designed and impeccable as far as cleanliness. Pillows were good. Loved the day bed in the room. All of the little extra touches (lighting, Bluetooth mirror in bathrooms, bedding) were very nice. Negatives: room was very dry and bed comfort was a 6/10. "

"We arrived very early but were able to check in which was great. Very convenient location to music venues so we didn’t even need a coat to get from hotel lobby to theatre. Friendly staff, we felt safe. Seems like there were recent renovations as things seemed clean and newer"
